Super Bowl indiscretion and Monday weigh-in

I ate like the average American yesterday; nowhere near the level of destruction I have so consistently inflicted on Sundays, however, I did eat more tortilla chips and other snackables than should ever be appropriate (just like the average American). Aside from a glass of fresh veggie juice and an apple around 3:30, I held off until 6:30, thereby instituting at least some quantity control. "Paleo friendly" three meat (beef, pork, and turkey) and veggie chili made up a large chunk of total calories, but then again, so did the 2 cupckakes. Not my best day, and I guess I'm a little disappointed in myself, but I'd be lying if I said I trusted myself to stick to plants and animals on a day clearly defined by gluttony. No food porn pics today, but here are the promised Monday shirtlesses.

Scale read 172.4, which is 10 down from last Monday, but the bloat still shows. Chippies get me every time! I'll get back to posting meaningful stuff and some pictures of clean food tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
